I came to Flawless with four separates issues, two of them which needed to be immediately addressed. From my first meeting with David, the office manager, until today, I have been impressed with the professional and friendly treatment I have received from all the staff. From our first meeting, Dr. Khanna educated me about the issues, and what we should do first. She reassured me about the results of the treatment, and even though I came during the Christmas and New Years holidays, she reassured me that I could always see a doctor. And everything she promised, she followed through with. She put all my treatments on a schedule, and followed up after every visit, checking up with the specialists and with me how things went. Dr. Kuo, who did my root canal, and Dr. Aditi, who did my fillings and a crown, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, since they were each dentists I met for the first time. I was just as impressed with the hygienists. The doctor who did my exam after the cleaning was very thorough and informative, which I appreciate. This is the first time that I had such a thorough checkup by a periodontist. I highly recommend this clinic.
